Date: Mar 19, 2018 Location: Boise, ID, US Company: Micron Req Id: 115122 AMD Group Intern As an intern you will work in Microns Advanced Mask Development Group to study advanced OPC and RET techniques in lithography through simulations, and develop optimization methods using scripts and programming to maximize process window of photolithography process. By the end of the internship you will have developed knowledge on OPC and RET optimization and would have created optimization flow and programs for different RET techniques to maximize process window on a full chip scale. Your responsibilities will include: * Learning and understanding OPC and RET techniques, lithography modeling and simulation. * Learn the use of lithography simulation tools for modeling. * Develop a strategy to optimize RET techniques * Provide a solution and automation to execute optimization flows that could be applied on a full chip scale.
