As an intern at Micron working for the DRAM Talent Management team you will help DEG drive some of our key initiatives around our 2019 Talent Management Plan. This role will enable you to learn the dynamics of talent management in a large organization and bring your fresh perspective to Micron. This opportunity is designed to be a 6-month internship for 20 hours a week at our Boise location in our DRAM engineering team. Below is a summary of the key deliverables. Responsibilities and Tasks: - Team member survey analysis and metrics. Understand key trends and make recommendations on next steps. - Help develop people skills workshop strategy and delivery. - Create recommended list of tools and resources based on people skill gaps and analysis. - Provide insight and improvements to our onboarding effectiveness - Key DEG Talent Management Manager ready for oncoming summer interns as needed. Behaviors: - Strong understanding of Organizational development processes - Experience developing psychometric tools and analyzing qualitative/quantitative data - Knowledge of group dynamics and training theory - Strong communication skills with ability to convey concepts to peers and management as well deliver training sessions Education: Majoring in Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources or other related field. Candidates must not graduate prior to May 2019.
