The MBA/Graduate Summer Intern (Marketing) is responsible for executing specific programs and project work to help promote RADICAVA® (edaravone) to patients, physicians and advocacy organizations. This position will have significant involvement with other functional areas such as sales, medical, market access and public relations at Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America Headquarters in Jersey City, New Jersey. This position is a summer internship that will last approximately 10 12 weeks. This position offers an extraordinary opportunity for individuals interested in building experience in commercialization for Orphan Drug and Specialty Markets, therapeutic areas with high unmet needs, while working with a cross-functional team rich in exceptional talent. Responsibilities Develop promotional pieces for RADICAVA® (edaravone) in the US. Execute project plan seamlessly to meet or exceed project objectives.Work directly with vendors to write project plans and budgets sensitive to bottom-lineMitsubishi Tanabe Pharma AmericaParticipate in a world-class team to ensure Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America is recognized as among the industrys best. Work with cross functional teams to create effective, positive partnerships with peers and key internal/ external stakeholders and ensure alignment with key stakeholders.Leverage existing business knowledge from MBA coursework to advance the companys internal effectiveness and efficiency. Ensure that all activities are in compliance with all applicable policies and regulations. Analyze business opportunities to either save money or improve revenue performance. Proactively seek out and evaluate new best practices and identify/incorporate industry best practices.Perform company-specific and product-specific desktop research to further inform commercial assessments; support the development/analysis of tailored external market research through third parties.Develop key analyses and presentations for senior leadership and other stakeholders in support of business development/commercialization planning investment decisions.Final presentation will be given to senior leadership (Vice President) discussing key project and/or lessons learned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required.Current pursuit of MBA or Graduate degree in progress.Minimum of 2 years of business experience.
