    Job Description

    The Vice President, Channel Marketing is responsible for co-leading the development of Channel Strategy. He/She translates the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) ‘Room’ strategy into Omni-channel strategy and marketing plans that deliver Moen U.S. Strategic Business Unit’s (SBU’s) objectives. He/She will be highly skilled at building alignment and engagement across functions including SBU’s, Digital/eBusiness, Marketing Services, Sales and Global Brand Management (GBM).

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead the Channel Marketing team in developing and executing on strategic channel marketing plans that drive revenue/share growth and contribution margins as defined in SBU P&L objectives.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, GBM and Marketing Services to  execute and refine Go-To-Market strategies and initiatives
    • Evaluate cross-channel analytics to determine which channels/programs/initiatives are most effective to achieve particular strategic goals.
    • Provide direction to Channel Marketing Managers on the development and launch of new products, key campaigns and initiatives.
    • Collaborate with Sales to develop and execute account-specific plans, including promotional plans, product introduction/education, brand-building and customer-specific marketing activation.
    • Collaborate with Directors of Marketing within the SBU’s to ensure pricing across channels is aligned across customers and with IMAP strategy.
    • Partner with Marketing Services, Digital/eBusiness, GBM and external creative agencies, when needed, to develop 2D, 3D and digital collateral to support product launches, promotions or key campaigns, initiatives, brand building and customer-specific marketing.
    • Work with our product marketing teams to identify and implement growth initiatives within our current product ranges as well as expansion areas.
    • Review brand and merchandising approach, messaging, structure and tactics to make sure they comply with overall channel strategy and make recommendations on improvements for a better customer experience within specific accounts.
    • Ensue that the Channel Managers present training and education internally and external in a way that best represents our product, brand and partnership.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is required; MBA is preferred.
    • Minimum of 12 years of sales and/or marketing experience is required. Channel Leadership experience is required. Experience within the Consumer/Durable Goods industry is preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, collaboration, engagement and building trust.
    • Demonstrated solid analytical skills and problem-solving ability with strong financial acumen.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to travel 30-40% of the time.
