Job Description
As the Vice President, Strategic Sales for the Moen Multi-Family Business Segment, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful achievement of sales, profit, and market share objectives across the Moen wholesale multi-family business which includes Multi-Family, Student Housing, Sr. Living, Military Housing, and single family for rent segments. In this role, you will be defining, developing, and managing the implementation of sales strategies to grow and further develop these segments.
You will be managing a very tenured and strong team of strategic account managers and providing strategy and guidance to the business development team for a segment that has seen consecutive growth over the years.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and demonstrated experience setting and executing overall sales strategies at the national level for a large building products manufacturer. They will have experience in multi-family sales, strong negotiation skills, and a demonstrated history of recruiting, developing talent, and managing a large team. You will also be able to travel domestically 50-60% of the time.
This role is designated as a hybrid role which includes working at least 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in our North Olmsted, OH Corporate Office to foster better collaboration, connection, and innovation. We are targeting a base salary range of $180-220K with bonus potential.
