EOE MINORITIES / FEMALES / PROTECTED VETERANS / DISABLED Responsibilities Post open positions in iCIMS applicant tracking system Screen applications to ensure job requirements are met Conduct initial phone screens with qualified candidates Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with hiring managers Schedule and conduct pre-employment screens and assessments Ensure candidate completes all new hire forms Conduct drug screen and background checks for new hires Complete all systems work required to process a hire Partner with HR to ensure new hire files are completed Assist with recruiting at job fairs Perform general administrative duties, answer phones, assist candidates that visit the office and make a positive first impression of Mohawk Other duties as assigned by manager Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in HR-related field preferred Must have at least 6 months prior experience recruiting Experience recruiting in an industrial setting preferred Experience applying federal and state laws with regard to employment Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of management at all levels Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload Ability to interpret and apply company policies Above average communication skills Above average grammar skills 2-3 years experience using general office equipment General administrative duties, other duties as needed Excellent computer skills Must be able to present information in a spread sheet Ability to multi-task, follow up, meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment An outward and inward display of professional decorum, tact, and integrity Ability to work effectively independently and with team members and HR partners Must be able to travel between Calhoun, Dalton, Summerville, and Lyerly as business dictates Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, and
