POSITION SUMMARY:

Mount Franklin Foods is a leading North American manufacturer of high quality confections and nut products based in El Paso, Texas. We are searching for an CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AND ORDER PROCESSOR to join our Customer Service team.

Respond to customer telephone or written inquiries regarding status of order, product selection, pricing, placement of orders for standard products and/ or services.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Respond to complaints shortages and adjustments,
• Expedite request for literature and/or samples.
• Analyze individual solutions and take appropriate action to ensure that customer’s needs are meet.
• Provide necessary follow up and initiate correspondence.
• Call on customer orders as needed.
• Coordinate activities with internal company departments.
• Access, update and maintain customer data files for individual accounts.
• Prepare quotations for products or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Follow all company GMP regulations

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma (Associate's preferred)
• Must be proficient in computer applications. (Excel)
• Must have good verbal and written skills.

QUALIFICATIONS/OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Duties require regular attention; constant attention required on some duties

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Office Environment
• PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIRED (WHEN ENTERING THE MANUFACTURING AREA)
• Gloves, Ear Plugs, Close-toed shoes
