Your potential is unlimited. - Primary Objective: Major Areas of Accountability: Improve productivity by performing ergonomic evaluations and time studies Recommend improvements in manufacturing processes Assists Manufacturing Engineer with any tasks as needed Collaborates with other departments on projects as needed to accomplish strategic goals Knows and applies the division's quality policy and procedures of ISO 9001 as it relates to area of responsibility and the organization. Follows all standard operating procedures as prescribed and notifies appropriate personnel of any non-conformance. Qualifications: Engineering major with abilities in Microsoft word and excel Good organizational, time management and project management skills Experience, preferred, in a manufacturing environment Ability to work with limited supervision and assistance Ability to interact with all levels of personnel Safety awareness Lean manufacturing techniques preferred Working knowledge of mechanical processes preferred MTS Systems Corporation is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
