    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Demonstrated CNC and assembly experience a must

    • Strong statistical analysis background

    • Solid manufacturing and automation experience

    • Manufacturing equipment integration

    • Strong knowledge of machine tooling

    • Able to read and understand technical drawings

    • Effective problem solving skills (DMAIC, 8D, RCCM, PDCA)

    • Risk analysis (PFMEA, DFMEA)

    • Statistical methods (SPC, Pre-Control, Capability Indices)

    • Experience with capital project scope development, justification and management

    • Working knowledge and experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies

    • Excellent PC/Systems knowledge and skills

    • Strong leadership, communications and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of employees

    DESIRED LEADERSHIP AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:

    • Experience with continuous improvement, quality assurance, process mapping, statistical process control and team building
    • Leadership skills to create a highly driven team culture and results-oriented environment
    • Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and potential applications
    • Solid knowledge of project management practices, understanding of project details and critical path method
    • Understand, follows, and fosters all the company requirements and initiatives
    • Collaboration with product design teams to improve manufacturability of current product
    • Foster creative, analytical, and profitable approaches to process and technology solutions
    • Effective facilitation of team based meetings
    • Strong communication skills

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    3+ years’ of professional experience in a manufacturing environment

    EDUCATION:

    Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited institution required.

    Primary work hours will be Monday through Friday.  Work hours will vary based on customer requirements.  This position is salaried exempt and does not qualify for overtime pay.
