Here's how this role will help: * Support initiatives including in our Commercial Technologies Strategy. * Migrate CRM Application * Analyze and understand business requirements and provide solutions related to CRM application migration into a new web based application. * Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal partners to capture and analyze functional requirements and deliver technical solutions as needed (following Mylans tools standard). * Elicit solutions using document analysis, requirements workshops, proof of concept, use cases, scenarios, workflow analysis and other relevant techniques. * Develop and configure the tools and integration with Mylan SI. Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish requests from the underlying business problems. * Deploy the application in Mylan SI. * Provide a usage analysis of an existing CRM abased on Salesforce.com/Veeva. Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position: * Must possess knowledge of Commercial Operations (Sales & Marketing), information systems, data modeling and development tools knowledge Web development ASP. * Must possess strong organizational skills, strong analytical skills, strong knowledge of data modeling, knowledge of Salesforce.com. * The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in an Information System degree program, or a related field of study. A minimum 3.0 GPA is strongly preferred, however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration Why Mylan?
