POSITION SUMMARY: The Digital Motion Graphics Manager is responsible for conceptualizing, designing and executing digital assets for Nestle USA across digital media to drive effective brand communication. The ideal candidate will be up to speed on the latest best practices across digital marketing channels and have a strong grasp on basic design fundamentals like balance, composition and color theory. Animation skills including kinetic typography and 2D/3D character animation will be key. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design digital media creative assets as needed * Develop innovative and creative ideas for digital media channels * Design and execute creative ideas developed by self, as well as others on the team, as required for any media, ensuring the delivery of on-brand content * Collaborate closely with various departments, peers and management on design elements * Select existing creative from internal, agency and vendor partners to fit the goal of the digital creative and build breakthrough creative when needed SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Works independently with general supervision is received from the Marketing Director. SUPERVISION GIVEN: May be responsible for the Talent Management of one or more team members or external partners FINANCIAL/STRATEGIC IMPACT: Achieving corporate objectives on Market Share, Sales Volume Growth Brand Equity, Brand Health and Marketing ROI. Aligning corporate and customer objectives to find mutual benefits utilizing roadmaps and CAP. REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL: * Bachelors degree in Graphic Design with a focus on digital design or equivalent experience resulting in broad knowledge of a field related to the job, or equivalent combination of education and experience. EXPERIENCE: * 3+ years of Motion Graphics experience with a big brand or in a creative agency environment. * Clear understanding of the digital media landscape, best practices and an interest in eBusiness content creation * Strong grasp on basic design fundamentals like balance, composition and color theory. * Solid animation skills, including kinetic typography and 2d/3d character animation. * Experience with major plugins like the Trapcode Suite (Particular, Form, etc.) or Element 3D. * 3D modeling, texturing and animation skills are a BIG plus (Autodesk Maya or Cinema 4D). * Exceptional communication (written and oral) skills * Experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaboration and working successfully with multiple stakeholders and teams. * High level proficiency with the following programs: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, CMS * Key Functional Competencies: * Ability to Multi-task * Adaptability * Attention to Detail * Communication * Creative and Innovative * Nestlé Leadership Framework Competencies: Insight, Energize and Engage, Enable Results through others, Coach and Develop, Influence with Integrity, Courage #LI-CM1 **Primary Location: **US-OH-Cleveland-Solon **Work Locations: ** **Job: **Marketing/Brand Management **Organization: **Nestle USA **Schedule: **Full-time **Job Posting: **Dec 18, 2018, 1:25:35 PM **Closing Date: **Ongoing
