Enhance your career in the growing healthcare industry by joining our team as a Jr. Systems Analyst where you will provide system analysis, test cost-effective solutions, and provide support to ensure efficient daily operation of the organizations network and computer systems.

    Responsibilities:

    · Monitor Automated Processes: Utilize Automic and FACS to monitor and troubleshoot daily workflows, ensuring seamless operations.

    · File Transmission Support: Provide prompt and effective assistance in resolving file transmission issues, maintaining smooth workflow.

    · On-Call Rotation: Participate in the on-call rotation with other members of the file processing team to address any arising issues.

    · Communication: Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to identify and resolve file processing issues, maintaining effective communication channels.

    · Maintenance Procedures: Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor system health, gather statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms.

    · Rotating Shifts: Be part of a rotating schedule (Mon-Wed / Thu-Sun) every four months.

    Qualifications:

    · Ability to professionally communicate both verbally and in writing.

    · Ability to productively work in a secure remote environment.

    · Preferred working knowledge of Perl or other scripting tools

    · Experience with Microsoft Office Excel including entering data, formatting cells, sorting, filtering, text to columns and creating formulas.

    · Experience with Unix shell scripting including move, copy, grep and conditional statements.

    · Experience: 0-3 years of experience working with information technologies and systems analysis.

    · We offer a competitive total compensation package comprised of a base salary range and incentive. This provides the opportunity for your compensation to grow as you develop within the role. The base salary range for this role is between $66,000 and $76,000 annually, and is dependent upon your specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
