    Quality Management is an essential strategic component of RG’s growth strategy.  The RG Quality Management System (RGQMS) assures that RG continues to deliver the high quality products and services that our customers have grown to expect from the RG brand as we enter an era of rapid growth. To ensure our delivery excellence and to better support the quality management framework across the organization, RG is looking to hire a strategically oriented Quality Management Director. ​ In addition to having great qualifications in quality management, the successful candidate must be a strategic resource for the development of service and system solutions that we propose for our clients.

    The Quality Management Director will collaborate with RG staff to develop and implement all necessary quality management related policies, procedures, and processes across the organization.  They will manage the rollout and corporate adoption of RGQMS to ensure sustainable practices are in place to achieve RG business goals.  Assignment of a CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) maturity level rating of 3 for Development and Services will be key objectives and indicators of successful RGQMS implementation. 

    The Quality Management Director will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for the following:

    • Develop and execute a “Quality” strategy that meet RG business goals.
    • Help RG achieve desired certification levels.
    • Coordinate with RG leadership to ensure that processes needed for RG’s Quality Management System (RGQMS) are established, implemented, maintained, & assessed across the organization.
    • Train others in all aspects of the QMS and application of procedures.
    • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
    • Implement “Quality” initiatives based on recognized and projected business growth.
    • Present quarterly assessment readiness reviews to the senior leadership team.
    • Conduct quality assessments and manage the process of identifying, documenting, and providing solutions for Non-Conformances (NCR's) Corrective Actions (CAR's) & Preventive Actions (PAR's).
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
    • Participate in capture planning and solution design / proposal efforts that support RG’s growth goals
    • Demonstrate Director level interpersonal, communication, presentation, etc. skills.

    Required Skills

    A Manager is an exempt, experienced business professional that has a documented track record of excellent consulting/functional performance.  This individual provides subject matter expertise directly to customers (internal or external) in one or more of RG's core solutions.  This role is responsible for leading and managing teams.

    Required Experience

    To be successful in this role, all candidates must meet the below qualifications to be considered.

    • CERTIFIED CMMI V2.0 ASSOCIATE (OR ABOVE)
    • BACHELOR’S DEGREE
    • CANDIDATES OUTSIDE OF THE DC METRO AREA MUST BE WILLING TO ACCOMMODATE UP TO 25% TRAVEL TO CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS
