As a member of our Contact Center Solutions Architecture Team, we are looking for people who are passionate around solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices as a Full Stack Developer. You'll be required to apply your broad and versatile coding depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for the programming, installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, and documentation of custom business applications in a variety of computer and telephony architectures. You will troubleshoot and resolve tier one help-desk issues, provide on-call support, perform after-hour system upgrades, develop new business applications, and provide primary development and support of custom application.
