    Our unique combination of highly trained staff, coupled with award winning technology, allows HBCS to provide superior customer service and accounts receivables management services in partnership with hospitals throughout the country.  As a member of our Contact Center Solutions Architecture Team, we are looking for people who are passionate around solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices as a Full Stack Developer. You'll be required to apply your broad and versatile coding depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for the programming, installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, and documentation of custom business applications in a variety of computer and telephony architectures. You will troubleshoot and resolve tier one help-desk issues, provide on-call support, perform after-hour system upgrades, develop new business applications, and provide primary development and support of custom application.

     

     Desirable experience includes:

    • Knowledge/experience working in Linux and Windows server environments
    • Knowledge/experience working on Web development application
    • Knowledge of or willing to learn Cisco UCCE development
    • Knowledge of or willing to learn Sitecore CMS development

     

    Qualifications:

    • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
    • 5-10 years of proficiency in programming in Visual Studio .Net, Java, HTML 5, MS SQL and Bitbucket
    • Solid understanding of Tomcat and Microsoft IIS, Web services
    • Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
