Training Associate The Training Associate is responsible for supporting administrative functions of the Training Department. This position is also responsible for identifying and securing training venues while initiating purchase orders for timely payment. The Associate may also occasionally be asked to assist with some training material design and delivery tasks. Detailed Description Primary Accountabilities: Book and schedule Niagara instructor-led training sessions Manage participant enrollment and facilitator/guest speaker scheduling Develop training session marketing materials Manage and negotiate training location venues, participant hotel stays, meal catering, etc. Coordinate logistics during training sessions to ensure a smooth participant experience Assist with training session set-up and clean-up Maintain inventory of training session supplies and re-order as needed Be the point of contact for vendors to assist with questions or issues as they arise Track training costs and submit purchase order requisitions for training payments Audit invoices to ensure accuracy Work with training facilitators and instructional designers to assist with purchasing and printing of training session materials (participant guides, training posters, etc.) Develop and administer participant surveys to gather feedback on training sessions Assist with administration of the Learning Management System Upload digital courses Manage tracking of training course attendance in the system Assist with user trouble-shooting Run system reports Monitor training and development email account and respond in a timely and appropriate manner As Needed: Assist with design and facilitation of instructor-led training session activities Provide input and feedback on pilot training sessions Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the team member for this job.
