Manufacturing Development Program - Pittsburgh Gain first-hand experience across a broad range of functions and departments in a leading beverage manufacturer as a member of our Manufacturing Development Program (MDP). Through this 15-month rotational program, you will be a crucial member of the manufacturing team with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the business by sharing your innovative ideas with team members and leadership. Following the MDP, a participant will be ready to take on a leadership role at one of our Niagara plant locations. As an MDP participant, you will work with the different departments listed below within a Niagara plant and spend approximately three months working on a Six Sigma Project. Some of the departments you would work with include: Production Operations Engineering Human Resources Maintenance Warehouse Distribution Quality Assurance Each MDP Participant will spend 6 months as Production Supervisor in order to fully understand the scope of the role and its importance to the plants overall performance. This will provide the MDP a chance to engage their leadership skills and be the go-to problem-solver at the plant when it comes to people and technical issues. This piece of the program will help prepare the MDP for a Supervisor role upon graduation.
