  • Responsibilities

    Develop, lead and coach team leaders and hourly production team members to ensure high performance. Develop a specific manufacturing area within the supply chain including to ensure continuous improvement in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

    WHAT YOU WILL LEARN & DO

    • Set goals and objectives for your co-op rotation with your assignment leader
    • Influence team leaders and members across multiple levels of the business
    • Use initiative to find and develop process improvements
    • Assist your team with development and execution of project ideas
    • Develop and demonstrate an analytical approach to problem-solving
    • Demonstrate the ability to work independently
    • Engage in regular feedback sessions with your assignment leader
  • Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a degree in Engineering (or related degrees), Supply Chain Management (or related degrees), or Occupational Safety & Health (or related degrees)
    • December 2020 or later graduation date
    • Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
    • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
    • Must be willing to relocate to Louisville, KY with a stipend provided
    • Be able to travel 0% - 10% (depending on role)
    • Must be comfortable working 2nd or 3rd shift (night shifts) ONLY
    • Some overtime & Saturdays may be required depending on the role

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous co-op/internship work experience
    • Successful candidates will have demonstrated leadership roles on campus or in the community.
    • Demonstrated analytical approach to problem-solving, initiative, strong communication skills, effective team skills, and coursework or related experience in their major field of study.
