INSTRUMENT ASSEMBLER R/T (REPAIR & TROUBLESHOOT)
- Performs operations to assemble, rework, repair, wire, test, and calibrate a variety of electro-mechanical and optical products.
- Requires the working knowledge of and use of hand tools, power tools, microscope, and electronic equipment.
- Interprets operation sheets, wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and written instructions.
- Performs own inspections related to in-process assembly as part of methods of operations.
- Records own data for acceptable criteria and perform data reduction operations.
- Uses a variety of assembly equipment, meters, microscopes, clean room facilities and related processing equipment to maintain customer standards and specifications.
- Requires workmanship to conform to AS9100 quality and performance standards.
- Performs any other tasks directed by Management to satisfy company objectives.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of parts inspection and statistical process control.
