Can foresee equipment problems and suggest solutions
Accepts mistakes when made, rarely makes same error twice and assists others in preventing similar mistakes.
Taking instructions and attending to the work assignment instructions of the maintenance manager.
Ability to make independent judgments when the maintenance manager is absent.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently, as well as with others
