Northrop Grumman Aerospace System (NGAS) is seeking a Program Control Analyst 2 in their Rancho Bernardo, CA facility to support the Autonomous Systems Division and San Diego Center of Excellence. Responsibilities will include; This Program Control Analyst position will provide Internal Work Order (IWO) Administrator support. This positions primary duties will be supporting review incoming and outgoing IWOs for correctness, confirm acceptance, manage labor charging, ensure cost visibility, and verify transmittal of cost. Ensure accuracy and proper approval, track and very receipt of cost. Communicate and summarize detailed data to Management and IPTs. Support surveillance reviews as well as any other reviews as required. Coordinate with planning/scheduling as appropriate. This is a fast paced environment that requires a self-motivated employee to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess the following traits and abilities: ability to use cost management or financial systems, be a fast learner and thorough time management planner. This person should be confident in reading internal contract language and assessing the proper methods of approval. This position will require significant communication and coordination amongst multiple organizations to ensure timely responses and approval; work with a small team while coordinating numerous tasks and elevating potential issues to ensure proper management focus; good interpersonal skills while representing San Diego Design Center of Excellence. Basic Qualifications; Bachelors degree 3 years of work experience or a Masters Degree with 1 year work experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications; Prior experience with MPM and SAP Prior project cost control experience Northrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
