Candidates must be flexible to work First and/or Second Shift Hours Under general direction, maintain the lab in general working order, by ordering, stocking, and cleaning the laboratories, and other activities in functions supporting the Bioanalytics department. Assists with the preparation of testing reagents, QC materials distribution and laboratory supplies tracking Assists with maintaining reagent and supply inventory Perform routine laboratory and equipment cleaning Maintain logbook documentation and files Responsible for laboratory stock and inventory ordering Transport/remove Bio-hazardous waste from the QC lab to holding areas Performs other job duties as assigned. Minimum requirements High School Diploma Fluent in English Strong Organizational Skills - open to Retail or Warehouse experience 6+ months of experience in the pharmaceutical, biologics, microbiology, sterile manufacture, or medical device industry is desired, but not mandatory Understanding of or ability to learn the concepts of cGMP guidelines Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of individuals in various aspects of Novartis operations. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
