    MISSION / SUMMARY:

    Reporting to the Manager, B2B Integration, the B2B EDI Integration Analyst will be responsible for

    • Maintaining B2B Integration for GPI; handling the development and support of B2B processes to maintain and support businesses.

    JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include, but are not limited to the following-

    • Work on tasks related to B2B using webMethods and/or Sterling Integrator
    • Implement Business Process Models and Task creations using webMethods Product Suite and/or Sterling Integrator
    • Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, capacity planning, monitoring, and administration of the webMethods Product Suite and/or Sterling Integrator
    • Design, develop and support webMethods implementation projects using the webMethods 10.x product suite
    • Design, develop and support Sterling Integrator implementation projects using the SI 5.2.6.x product suite or SI 6.x product suite (preferred)
    • Collaborate across functional and technical areas to ensure implementation of integration solutions improve technical functionality in support of business needs and efficiency
    • Provide off hours on call support
    • Understand EDI/B2B architecture and provide support accordingly.

     

    BACKGROUND / EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred or related degree
    • 8-10 years of experience in working across and in an IT Service organization
    • 8+ EXPERIENCE IN EDI/B2B AREA IS REQUIRED
    • Experience in webMethods 10.1 is preferred
    • Experience in Sterling Integrator 6.x is preferred
    • Experience with using middleware technology to integrate ERP systems such as SAP ECC (IDOC, BAPI, RFC) or SAP HANA and/or legacy systems
    • SAP knowledge is a plus
    • Experience developing and supporting EDI/XML/B2B integration solutions
    • Experience developing and supporting EAI/A2A integration solutions
    • Experience with EDI architecture setup is a plus
    • Deep expertise in onboarding new customers
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously that involve key stakeholders across a complex organization
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
    • Certification in webMethods or Sterling Integrator is a plus
    • Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities
    • Good communication abilities to interact with clients, internal and external customers
    • Experience designing, developing and implementing enterprise-level integrations
    • Experience with JDBC Adapter, SAP Adapter, Flat Files, XML
    • Experience developing/implementing Web Services and data mapping
