Master SchedulerJob Locations US-MA-Bedford / Hanscom AFBPosted Date 4 weeks ago(3/30/2018 9:50 AM)Requisition Number 2018-7020 Overview PRIMARY FUNCTION:Provide Scheduling support to the Force Protection Division, which is within the Battle Management Directorate at Hanscom AFB, MA. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in related engineering discipline.A minimum of 3 years work experience, with experience on DoD or Air Force acquisition programs desirable.Must be able to work in a team environment Have both effective writing and oral communication skills.Candidate must have an active US security clearance. Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for collecting, collating, inputting and managing all Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) inputs across all teams.Responsible for initial analysis to identify/capture internal program dependencies.Reviews resource-loaded IMS to report to the PM any over allocations and underuse of resources for a more effective use of personnel.Plan, coordinate, and visualize all significant program activities and schedules developed and maintained within Division Programs.Analyze trends, developing reports, facilitating communication and providing feedback on contractor performance.Assist as a conduit between the prime contractor and the program office, and supporting/briefing senior and executive leadership on all aspects of the master schedule.Identify and forecast scheduling trends, and provide recommendations to mitigate risks to program schedule.Develop and provide project status presentations to Division senior leadership.Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, and other technical documentation.
