Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage front office operations to ensure smooth office functioning, including reception, shipping, sales, purchasing, human resources, and accounting. • Supervise a team of 2-3 employees, assigning tasks related to office responsibilities. • Take the lead in accounting duties such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, reconciliation, payroll, tax filing and compliance, and communication with the CPA. • Manage human resources functions, including benefits administration, vacations, attendance, recruitment, and more. • This is a management position with an expectation of approximately. 45-50 hours per week (salary-exempt), including some Saturday mornings. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, including GAAP. • Previous supervisory or management experience is required. • Strong organizational and time management skills are a must. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary. • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a requirement. • The candidate should be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • The ability to delegate and coordinate tasks effectively is crucial.
