    Job Description

    Williams Lea is hiring for an Office Services Associate for our Boston office!

    Schedule Options:

    Mon-Fri; 7:30am - 4:30pm

    Mon-Fri; 8am-5pm

    Mon-Fri; 9am-6pm

    The primary function for this role will be general mailroom and office support. If you are passionate customer service and working in a professional environment with a team atmosphere completing mail & shipping services, copying, and general office requests, this job could be for you!

    Job Duties:

    • Ensure that job tickets are properly filled out before beginning work.
    • Perform work in copy, fax, mail, general requests and intake functions as needed and according to established procedures.
    • Communicate with supervisor or client on job or deadline issues.
    • Meet contracted deadlines for sending and delivering faxes.
    • Troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
    • Load copiers with various paper and toner.
    • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. on a regular basis.

    Job Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum (1) year office services experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
    • Skilled in the use of fax, mail, phone & and/or digital reprographics equipment.

    Additional Information

    The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $20/hour - $22/hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
