BASIC FUNCTION: To provide program and project management to enterprise-wide records, information and technology teams
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Using collected data, analyze data for BU, generate reports, and ensure accuracy for all information being reported
- Prepare materials, schedule and coordinate presentations
- Collaborate with clients and assignment team on complex or special projects
- Manage and oversee a number of Records team focused projects on a global scale
- Coordinate roadmaps and plans across projects, programs and teams to ensure coordination across the program
- For each project:
- Serve as the primary contact for all cross-functional team members for assigned projects
- Manage and track all activities
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings
- Document and track issues and risks and facilitate resolutions
- Drive progress forward to completion
- Track, demonstrate and communicate achievements
- Develop or assist with documentation efforts
Required Skills
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES TO QUALIFY FOR POSITION)
- Demonstrates advanced software skills particularly MS Excel, Project, and Visio
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in project management
- Deadline driven, organized and understand how people view and understand content
- Highly-motivated professional with strong project management, organizational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with solid Business analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and client services skills
- Experience with information management is desirable but not essential
RELATIONSHIPS:
Maintains working partnerships with: Information Management (IM), Enterprise Infrastructure (EI), and Information Technology System Owners (ITSO), Client Business Partners (BU), as well as other Records Management team members.
