JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist in analyzing production schedules and estimating personnel requirements for completion of job assignments
- Delegate and appoint personnel to production lines and equipment
- Follow and explain specifications, blueprints and job orders to personnel
- Assure jobs are produced at expected run rates for maximum throughput
- Recommend measures to improve product quality, production methods, and equipment performance
- Analyze and resolve work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems
- Insure proper quantities and versions of stock are available for machines
- Assures efficient turnover between shifts
- Interpret and enforce company policies and safety regulations to personnel

Required Skills
- Must have prior experience in a production lead role
- Experience in direct mail or lettershop environment required
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work overtime, including weekends when needed
