Job Description

Perform routine but varied clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures.

Qualifications

• Provide clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents.
• Maintain records, compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing.
• Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions.
• May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests.
• Responsible for maintaining department files.
• May assist with production planning and special projects.
• May assist in resolving payroll issues.
• Job requires ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
• First Shift & Am to 3 PM.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Work overtime as necessary.

Additional Information

The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $16.57 - $23.66 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
