    POSITION SUMMARY:

    As a member of the Global Continuous Improvement organization, the Operations Engineering Intern assists senior management in the implementation of manufacturing processes and technology standards to deliver operational improvements globally.  This position will work directly with Operations Engineering management to establish and drive process standardization and improvement.  The Intern will support multiple global projects/resources in their development, implementation, and sustainment. 

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

    • Organizational support of global production/manufacturing system efforts
    • Development and documentation of standard work, detailed work instructions, and standard operating procedures
    • Supports operations process engineering and manufacturing initiatives at the direction of management

    (Travel will be required, depending on location)

  • Qualifications

    Two to three years progress towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering related discipline from an accredited university

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience

    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite

    • Self-motivated

    • SolidWorks experience preferred

    • Strong technical English proficiency
