Description
Intern will be able to participate in coaching and development within the Manufacturing and Logistics departments and other various departments at the manufacturing plant. There will be opportunities to shadow individuals within the organization. Position will include working with a leader that has several years of Cummins experience. Interns will be able to participate in a full calendar of intern events including leadership speaker sessions, corporate responsibility activity, and training in addition to role project work assigned.

Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay range for this position is $14.81 - $17.81. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
