The HR Generalist provides support for the Wood Dale manufacturing facility and administrative support to the HR team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintaining employee data and ensuring data accuracy in HRIS platform Conducting phone screens and interviews for Wood Dale and DC locations Running background checks and uploading new hire documents to employee files Assist with onboarding new hires Working with temp agencies as needed-converting temp to hires Travel to different Optimas locations in the US (25%) Other tasks as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree is required 3-5 years of relevant experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite is a plus Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a change oriented, fast-paced environment Ability to work independently Compensation: At Optimas we believe in having a competitive compensation scheme to motivate and retain our employees.
