  • Responsibilities

     

    Provides leadership to Production and supports shift teams and serves as a link to plant management. Facilitates team meetings and intervenes as necessary to keep the team's goals and results consistent with company direction. Works with team members to help them reach their full potential. Responsible for Safety, product quality, production efficiency, equipment condition, and housekeeping. The Shift Supervisor has the responsibility, authority, and is accountable to make decisions regarding job assignments, work priorities, and overtime requirements.

    Required Skills

    Education: B.A. or B.S. from nationally accredited college in technical degree (Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.). Supervisory experience preferred, preferably within the Folding Carton industry.
