CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

PFSweb is seeking Customer Contact Center Support Representatives to respond to inbound phone calls, up sell/cross sell additional items and resolve customer’s issues.

DESCRIPTION: 

One of the world leading Fortune 200 companies that have built up some of the most popular brands of Tobacco (PFS Provides response and fulfillment for prizes, and redeemable coupons for these tobacco brands) 

LOOKING FOR:

• MUST BE 21
• College degree is preferred but not required
• Must have strong service background with proven experience building customer connection, de-escalating problems and providing a high level of customer satisfaction to every caller. Outgoing, friendly, and charismatic personality
• This brand desires individuals that are have an ability promote excellence in customer service through compassionate customer interactions
• This campaign is all about the ICE factor or "Ideal Customer Experience"
