    Rogers Behavioral Health, a nationally recognized leader in behavioral health services, is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. 

     

     

    In this role you will operate the hospital’s phone system to receive, screen and direct calls while maintaining the confidentiality of patient and staff information.  The Receptionist greets and oversees hospital visitors.  They will make overhead pages as needed, including assisting with Hospital’s emergency code situations as directed. 

     

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent. 
    • Previous experience in a receptionist role is desired.
    • Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
    • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID unless approved for a medical or religious exemption.

     

     

    SCHEDULE: 

    • Weekends - Saturday 8am - 6pm; Sunday 9am - 5:30pm

    MECHANICAL SKILLS:

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    High school diploma or equivalent

     

    LANGUAGE SKILLS:

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 

     

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

     

    REASONING ABILITY:

    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

     

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

    Company issued Fork Truck Operator’s license.
