Get started! Division Information PACCAR Parts is the global provider of aftermarket parts and services to support Kenworth, Peterbilt, DAF and TRP dealers around the world. This includes 18 distribution centers globally that support 2,200 dealerships and over 1,000,000 customers. Requisition Summary This position is responsible for processing the PDC payroll and incoming IDAAs, providing administrative support for Company Store and Visa Corporate cards as well as administrative support for the Division Controller and Worldwide Controller. The position will report to the financial analyst. Job Functions / Responsibilities -Process incoming IDAA/ Intercompany transactions -Process Payroll for Hourly Employees in US Parts Distribution Centers -Prepare Monthly Reconciliations -Participate in Internal Control Reviews including Sarbanes Oxley -Billing and Invoicing to other PACCAR divisions and PACCAR Dealers -Various monthend journal entires and processes -Lead coordination and preparation of support for Incentive Compensation program -PPT Slide Preparation for NA Controller and Various Other Tasks Skills / Competencies BA/BS In Accounting (or Finance) required 0-2 years related work experience desired (entry level ok) MBA/CPA desired Qualifications -Ability to handle multiple priorities and take initiative to produce results -Strong communication and organizational skills -Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word (Access is a plus) -Ability to meet deadlines and work as part of a team Additional Job Board Information PACCAR is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veteran/Disability.
