Essential Functions Responsible for generalist and/or specialized functions and assigned projects in various Human Resources areas. Ensures PeopleSoft database is maintained with timeliness, accuracy and integrity. Confidentiality with all Human Resources information is essential. This position will be supporting administrative duties for 2 divisions and 5 locations (approximately 213 of team members for FCD 280 for PPF). Major Duties Administrative support for 2 Divisions Maintains and updates PeopleSoft system for all Fluid Control and Precision Fluidics employees. Coordinates agency temporaries and electronic billing system. Maintains division organizational charts and ensure timely group reporting. Completes all reporting such as Headcount and employee data and provides to Finance and other required functions in a timely manner. Administration of all EEO documents such as: new hire documentation, applicant flow, postings and all required Human Resources information Coordination of new hire process: develops packages and email information. Maintains and uses HR /POL EIS programs, such as headcount reporting, performance review status and report generation. Maintains HR Team Improvement boards slides and information Review all data in PeopleSoft and payroll, to ensure compliance and accuracy. Run monthly audit reports. Coordinates candidate travel as required. Complete Human Resources Project list and assignment as required. Precision Fluidics only: Maintain Time and Attendance system for the division. (Asureforce) Run weekly hourly payroll using Asureforce Fluid Controls Division only: Assist HR team and all employees during benefit open enrollment process. Responsible for all Mailroom duties which include, postage machine, copiers, updates for labeling, mail distribution. Coordinates employee activities such as: Service Awards, Picnics, Holiday lunches, and various HR activities. Qualifications Education and Experience At a minimum must have an Associates Degree with 1 to 2 years working in a Human Resources discipline or equivalent Human Resource certification and experience. Ability to work with confidential information, demonstrated communication skills both verbal and written is required. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fundamental knowledge of key human resources principles, concepts, laws and practices. General knowledge of various human resources or related functions (e.g. EEO, HRIS). Ability to work with only general work direction and instructions regarding the scope of assignments; determine priority and order of assignments. Ability to use standard business applications software and HR systems. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports. Fundamental knowledge of key human resource principles.
