    Role Definition:

    Researches, creates and helps deploy AI agents and prompts across a global team of project and change management professionals.

    Responsibilities
    1. Prompt Library Development:

    • Curate and test AI prompts requested by the team.
    • Document prompt effectiveness and suggest improvements.

    2. AI Agent Testing & QA:

    • Assist in QA testing for agents.
    • Log issues, validate troubleshooting workflows, and report findings.

    3. Knowledge Hub Maintenance

    • Update the GPM AI Briefing Room Teams channel with training links, tips, and success stories.
    • Assist in GPM AI Playbook creation

    Degree Requirement
    Related degree in progress.

    • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
    • Effectiveness Measurement: Knowledge of effective measurement techniques and ability to measure the quality and quantity of work effort for the purpose of improvement.

    Summary Pay Range:
    $21.00 - $37.50

    Intern Hour Rate:

    An intern's hourly rate is based on the major/degree being pursued and the number of completed academic hours achieved before the start of the internship.
