Pathway Group is currently looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for a Distribution company in Ontario.

JOB DUTIES:

• Answering phone calls
• Answering emails
• Assisting customers over the phone
• TROUBLESHOOTING over phone

SHIFT: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm

PAY RATE: $15-$18 DOE

REQUIREMENTS:

• Appliances Knowledge
• Appliances Background
• Good Attitude
• Customer Service Experience
