The class meets 2 times weekly, 4 hours each session including hands on lab and classroom time. Upon course completion, individuals will have the opportunity to take the 901 and 902 exams.nbsp; Passing these exams will result in receiving the A+ Certification. This training does not guarantee you a job, however, certified graduates may be eligible to apply for a Tier 1 Technical Service Representative in the Grand Rapids call center if Peckham is hiring at the time of completion.
