Identity Management Analyst This role will drive/support identity and access management (IAM) governance controls, reporting, monitoring, and processes such as periodic access recertification, access request workflow, provisioning, and termination of access, integration of identity management and recertification functionality with other applications. Job Duties: * Build, lead, and maintain recertification reviews per defined schedule for certifying access to applications and systems * Work with application and entitlement owners to collect data using automated or manual means. * Maintain / improve access recertification application and dependent services such as, building, launching recertification reviews * Manage/ drive recertification reviews providing pre and post review assistance to customers * Gather/Analyze requirements for recertification area for onboarding new platforms/applications across the enterprise * Perform and drive Unit, Integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) * Plan/Build/Test/implement Hardware refresh/upgrades for recertification environments coordinating with other teams * Conduct POC and evaluate new solutions for Recertificationâ??s as needed * Develop test scripts, lead testing efforts with multi-functional teams as required on projects * Perform controls testing and document results working with appropriate teams in a timely manner in support of controls * Build and execute ad hoc reviews given requirements from IT or business partner * Drive participation in the review process to ensure all reviews are completed on time via * Maintain software code and configuration consistency across various environments using versioning software and deployment tools * Conduct periodic training sessions for new reviewers and new reviews launched in the tool Qualifications/Requirements Education: * Bachelorâ??s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent work experience * Master degree OR a minimum of 2 years information technology and security experience Experience: * 2+ yearsâ?? experience of information security with a focus in IT access recertification processes * 2+ years of experience with solving issues with access governance and Identity Management solutions, and n-tier Web applications * Good programming and scripting experience using Java or JavaScript * Deep understanding of business processes associated with access recertification, user management lifecycle and ability to design and implement work-flow and rule-based provisioning solutions * Good data analysis and presentation skills * Working experience building and using ANT or Pearl scripts * Infrastructure experience with supporting Identity Management solution on Linux platform * Demonstrable experience with all phases of the system development lifecycle at an enterprise level; * Strong oral and written interpersonal skills Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Limited Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
