However all qualified candidates are urged to apply The R&D Associate Analyst provides administration/business process and IT-Application support to Global R&D associates (primarily Product Development teams and their functional partners). Ensures consistent data management and document distribution practices across PepsiCo categories Beverages, Snacks and Nutrition. Accountabilities: * Provide user access, security and permissions management for Global R&D IT-Application systems * Provide new vendor set-up, initiating/deleting GPIDs and system access requests upon direction of Supplier Quality Assurance team * Support end users in use of IT- Application systems (e.g., eRMD requests, developing ingredient specs, formula specs and ensuring documentation/consistency) and provide 1x1 coaching as needed * Partner with BIS to provide IT-Application system maintenance and clean-up * Monitor system metrics based on date ranges and time periods. Collect data to show effective use of systems Job Dimensions: The scope will include a sub-set of the existing Global R&D Processes, Data and Systems (e.g., Accolade, Technical Stage Gate, Formula & Specification System, Global Supply Quality Assurance (GSQA) System, Product Vision5.1, TrackWise, Vendor Communication System, PepsiCo Data Management System), and future systems to be identified. * Interactions will include end users of the IT-Applications, Other Data & System Administration Admins, Super Users, and BIS * The impact of the role will support the Regional R&D FTE population in enabling them to be efficient and effective in their jobs Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors Degree in a Scientific discipline with 2-4 years in a role/environment that incorporated Information Systems applications (e.g., Quality systems); Food or beverage industry experience/database management (e.g., Product Vision & GSQA) a plus; Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
