    Global HR Operations Talent Acquisition Analyst Locations: Purchase, New York Categories: Human Resources Apply United States - English Job Description * * * * Auto req ID: 151264BR Job Description The Global HR Operations Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for system and end user support of all Talent Acquisition (TA) related systems globally. This includes but is not limited to any tool or process related used by TA including Kenexa, BroadBean, Jibe, Avature and the PepsiCo Career site and other vendors related to TA processes. Additionally, the position will assist in managing the ongoing operation of the support desk inquiries coming in from the global TA user community. This role manages the Tier 1/Tier 2 Kenexa Help Desk including that SLAs are established/met. The role is also responsible to design system solutions for those issues. The analyst must assess impact of design changes, coordinate and implement new functionality, and develop and maintain processes related to Talent Acquisition and ensure integration with SAP and other HCM systems. The Analyst will: * Focus of this position will be on the support of all TA tools/process including the Kenexa Brassring Applicant Tracking System, BroadBean, Jibe, Avature and the Career Site although they will need to develop a solid understanding of the global TA process including Kenexa * Partner with the Talent Acquisition in support of global issues/initiatives * Provide escalation support to users to resolve system issues, providing expertise to resolve the issue, and/or coordinating with appropriate team members/vendors to resolve * Educate and train Vendor Teams regarding customized PepsiCo processes, Scripts & FAQs * Support the Kenexa Help desk in their work around system data maintenance * Serve as escalation point for Kenexa issues that cant be solved by calling the dedicated PepsiCo Kenexa Help Desk * Support PepsiCo SPA Box (e-mail account) where end user issues are directed to * Serve as subject matter expert for change requests impacting systems or data * Disseminate system updates, enhancements, change impacts, and performance issues to HR Ops team lead as well as Business partners * Working with 3rd party vendors to provide solution sets * Identify and recommend solutions for needed configuration changes

    • Support the PepsiCo Super User/Gatekeeper community by leading calls and supporting end user training * Facilitate processes to ensure approved configuration changes are implemented Qualifications/Requirements * Bachelors degree or related experience required * 3+ years of experience, preferably in a multi-national corporation in HR or a related field * 3+ years of experience with Kenexa or similar ATS solutions * Strong technical/computer skills * Project management skills * Experience in defining system requirements * Experience with designing and executing reports * Experience with Excel including v-lookup and pivot tables * Effective problem solving skills, high degree of initiative and attention to detail with minimal day-to-day supervision * Proactive to identify risks and propose solutions * Ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of requests * Occasional travel required Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular
