HR Technology Coordinator Human Resources Allegan, Michigan ------------ Description This role will support HR Technology data systems through ensuring that all data is entered in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. The individual will maintain data in a variety of HR systems, run HR reports, and provide support to other HR users. * Requires High School diploma/GED Certificate or equivalent experience; technical training or certifications may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience. * Minimum of one year of specific experience working with Human resources systems: SAP Human Capital Management, ADP payroll systems, and HR processes. Other experience with HR/Payroll systems may be considered. * Familiar with HR master data concepts and required data for HR and Payroll. * Familiar with HR data processes. * Report writing experience preferred in SAP HCM and ADP. * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel. * Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. * Demonstrates good judgement, planning skills and ability to organize work effectively to meet daily deadlines. * Communicates effectively. * Works well both in team setting and independently.
