Pfizer's Global Financial Solutions (GFS) Shared Services is a well-established operation with beginnings in Memphis, Tenn., in 1997. The organization expanded to Europe in 2003, Asia in 2007, Latin America in 2013, and Eastern Europe in 2014. nbsp;nbsp;GFS Shared Services has a workforce of more than 900 Pfizer colleagues, in addition to a successful partnership with a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner, Genpact, in three locations globally. The GFS Shared Services center located in Costa Rica will support all Latin America MAPP transactions (My Anti-Corruption Policies and Procedures) associated to FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act).nbsp; The analyst position is responsible for receiving MAPP transactions from the initiating colleagues, reviewing transaction details, completing a review of the information, completing compliance checks. This role will be responsible to ensure that all transactions are managed to the highest compliance standards and they are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.nbsp; nbsp;The analyst role will complete all compliance checks, create Vendor IDs, Epays and POs and submit any approvals in the workflow system for review/approvals.nbsp; This position will be based in Costa Rica and will manage between 400- 500 MAPP transactions per year. The role will report to the MAPP Team Lead in Costa Rica. This position will be responsible for the collection of all documentation, ensuring all compliance checks are completed, and submitting any approvals in the workflow system.
