    Business Operations Associate ROLE SUMMARY Network Excellence & Platform Supply Services vision is to drive the integration of planning, production and performance for the PGS Supply Network. We will accomplish this by: * Planning: Driving HOSuN demand planning, supply planning, and plant planning ecosystems per plan. * Production: Driving IMEX design, deployment and sustainment of the eight production ecosystems. * Performance: Partnering with BT, driving the design, deployment & sustainment of an industry leading supply performance management infrastructure in the areas of master data and decision science. * Talent: Building network talent, technical capability, and making this a great place to work. The Business Operations Associate is an organizational coordination role that supports the Network Excellence & Platform Supply Services Team in its goal of planning and managing the execution of programs and projects. In addition, the role will perform communications, systems and administrative activities. The Business Operations Associate will partner with colleagues and the Leadership Team members and will contribute to business operations functions and initiatives. The role requires a proactive, independent and self-motivated professional that contributes high quality results coupled with wider business process thinking, planning and input based on knowledge of the business. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES * Project Management for Global Teams: * Simultaneously manages multiple projects varying in scope, managing task completion, identifying constraints and risks and ensuring timely project completion. * Special projects and ad-hoc requested as required within Department * Data, report and presentation management; extract and manage data, prepare and edit reports, compose and manage presentations in support of projects * Communications Management * Implementation of program communications plan; develop content and execute day to day management of the plan across multiple channels; manage communications calendar to ensure balance across themes to meet goals * Define tactical tools and develop key metrics to monitor communications performance * System Maintenance of SharePoint: * SharePoint administrator and webmaster; Knowledge/experience as a webmaster, authoring or maintain sites preferably using SharePoint 2010, 2013; design and develop custom site pages; * Responsible for organization and content management of the IMEx knowledge portal * Knowledge/experience managing content for these sites (i.e.; libraries, site settings, permission access, etc) * Procurement Management: * Manage Purchase Orders required for business specific initiatives for leaders and staff * Process and track invoicing to ensure proper allocation of funds * Interface with internal and external colleagues to gather required documents associated with Purchase Order Compliance and approval * Facilitate onboarding for colleagues / contractors in conjunction with Purchase Order specific projects * Ordering of necessary goods and supplies * Manage Meeting Coordination/Planning for Leadership Team and Staff * Preparation of messaging packages for Town Halls, All Hands, Year Beginning Meetings * Global Travel and negotiation of facilities: determine locations/requirements for meetings; provide travel and logistical support for all Team Members * Prepares expense reports for approval and ensures expenses are filed correctly and comply with Pfizer Corporate Travel & Expense policy * Perform other executive level operations support duties for the team * Manage team calendars, scheduling high-level/time sensitive meetings using judgment to identify most urgent issues * Coordinate travel arrangements for leadership and team members * Appropriately handle restricted and confidential materials BASIC QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelors Degree required * 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in communications, project management, * Knowledgeable and experienced in digital and social media * Excellent writing/editing and communications skills * Demonstrate expert knowledge and proficiency with general office procedures such as customer service, meeting and e-mail etiquette, commonly used office software (e.g., MS Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) * 1 to 3 years of experience working with SharePoint designing and implementing web design and content * Resourcefulness, discretion, communication and independence are crucial qualities necessary to be effective in this role. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute projects * Work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience with Ariba-SAP, Concur PTE, Get Access, GetService, Box, HRonDemand, BTonDemand * Project Management Background (desirable) PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS * Must be able to work flexible hours and be accessible after hours, if necessary EEO & Employment Eligibility Pfizer is committed to equal opportunity in the terms and conditions of employment for all employees and job applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, gender identity or gender expression, national origin, disability or veteran status.
