Education : Bachelors Degree Description : ROLE SUMMARYReporting to a Manager, Talent Acquisition - Commercial, the Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting to support the Pfizer Innovative Health Commercial organization.This role will work closely with Hiring Managers and HR business partners to meet business hiring needs.Support full-life cycle recruitment in accordance with global operating procedures and best practice principles, including sourcing, selection and offer development.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESWill take on special recruitment projects as needed to support the client group, and to grow professionally.Become credible, trusted talent advisor to PIH Commercial client groups.Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the full recruitment life cycle.Able to provide first level feedback for internal and external candidates.Manage the offer process for internal and external candidates, including pre-employment screening and offer development.Ensure that hiring is consistent with the business goals and follow recruitment guidelines and processes to insure compliance.Evaluate candidate backgrounds to match core competencies with key hiring requirements and assess motivational fit.Utilize appropriate selection techniques.Effectively integrate diversity and veteran recruitment into the staffing process to ensure diverse candidate slates.Develop an understanding of Pfizer's Benefits Program and its competitive advantage in the market place.Achieve recruitment metrics against Global TA targets.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBS degree in Human Resources, Business, a related discipline; or equivalent professional work experience required.2+ years of recruiting experience required.Must have demonstrated ability to develop solid working relationships with both hiring managers and all HR coworkers associated with your client groups.Must have experience using an ATS, Workday preferredMust have the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projectsMust have strong written and verbal communication skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSDemonstrated direct sourcing experience.Experience in a direct recruiter role internally within Pfizer or within a large corporate environment.Prior recruitment experience supporting Pharmaceutical Commercial recruitment including but not limited to Marketing, Brand Management, Commercial Development, Medical Affairs, Field Medical, and Medical Operations.Sunshine ActPfizer reports payments and other transfers of value to health care providers as required by federal and state transparency laws and implementing regulations.
