Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES * Maintain and monitor inventory to ensure data accuracy and customer service.nbsp; Review, correct and initiate production records.nbsp; Allocate materials as required.nbsp; * Work closely with Operations, Quality, Warehouse and others to problem solve, resolve issues and ensure that customer service and inventory goals are met.nbsp; * Ability to participate on teams or in special projects and audits as needed. * Detail oriented and complies with all regulatory guidelines and GMPs. A Production Activity Technician is expected to excel in at least two of the following areas: SAP Super User:nbsp; Demonstrated ability to manage materials inventories to support production needs, identifies potential discrepancies and perform detailed investigations.nbsp; Demonstrated ability to respond to changes in production schedule.nbsp; Ability to coach/assist colleagues from other departments with MAPS related issues. Shop Floor Knowledge: Clearly understands daily shop floor activities, location and usage of materials, equipment functionality, process flows, operations, and shop floor scheduling.nbsp; Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot material flow issues. Production Documentation Support: Demonstrated ability to generate and own production support documents (i.e. DRAs; MRCs, CLRs, non-master records, SOPs, QTS ,etc). Demonstrated ability to facilitate updates by preparing, monitoring, collecting comments and maintaining blue comment copies; batch record reviews, etc. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS * nbsp;Education:nbsp;nbsp; High school diploma / general education degree (GED) * Experience:nbsp; Minimum of three years related experience. * Language Skills: Effective written and oral communication; attention to detail and accuracy * Computer Skills:nbsp; Microsoft Applications PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Candidates with prior experience in a chemical or formulation manufacturing or support environment with SAP and MBR/QPSNT experience preferred and may differentiate candidates during the selection process.
