    Career Opportunities: PCMS Coordinator - Borger Refinery (44028) Requisition ID44028- Posted04/06/2018-Borger Refinery-Location (1)-Maintenance -ThePCMS Coordinatoris a member of the Borger Refinery Mechanical Integrity Group and is a focal point for maintaining data in the Plant Condition Management Software (PCMS) system. PCMS software is the management of inspection information on piping, pressure vessels, safety relief devices, tanks, and other process equipment and used to identify problems before failures occur. Ensuring asset safety and reliability by compliance to Phillips 66 mechanical Integrity Required Standards, REPs, Industries Codes and Standards, Phillips 66 Core Values and aligned with Borger Refinery Goals. Responsibilities may include: -Data management responsibilities of Borger PCMS inspection database -Working knowledge of API 510, API 570, API 653, API 576 and RAGAGEP codes and standards related to the Mechanical Integrity inspection programs -Support MI Inspectors with P66 REPs, P66 Mechanical Integrity Required Standards and Inspection Procedures -Ensure reliable inspection data/plans are maintained and accurate. Make recommendations to Equipment Inspectors to drive continuous improvements of inspection records -Be an active member of the corporate PCMS Users Group -Lead the Borger site integration of PCMS Risk Based Inspection -Drive Mechanical Integrity improvement through maintenance of Key Performance Indicators and PCMS health checks -Review/perform piping circuitization and issue new line numbers -Coordinate PCMS updates to reflect any changes made during the MOC process -Evaluate inspection isometrics and locate new CMLs in accordance with the recommended coverage and location strategy -Input new equipment installed into PCMS and schedule inspection requirements -Quality check (QC) information entered PCMS -Review ARTS reconciliation data and coordinate any discrepancies related to MI business -Coordinate inspectors requests for field verifications -Basic/Required: -Legally authorized to work in the job posting country -Valid drivers license -1 or more years of experience in Mechanical Integrity data management systems -Bachelors Degree in Engineering (mechanical, civil, materials, or chemical) -Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office -Willing and able to perform/comply, with or without reasonable accommodation: -Climb 200 feet -Work outdoors in harsh weather conditions -Safe work practices including wearing personal protective equipment Preferred: -Working knowledge of PCMS and Mechanical Integrity procedures and expectations -3 5 years or more of Mechanical Integrity experience in the petrochemical industry -Working knowledge of general process unit operation -Working knowledge of general inspection processes and programs -Proficient in SAP -At Phillips 66, while "what" we do may be very different from person to person, there's a "how" that connects all of us.
