    Phoseon Technology is the worldwide leader in providing UV LED solutions for industrial and life sciences applications. 

    Phoseon currently has an opening for a Human Resources Generalist. With employees located around the world working multiple shifts, this is a key role to help manage the company’s aggressive growth and staffing objectives. You must be a dedicated team player committed to working in a high growth organization, be proficient with handling many aspects of human resources management, and be able to interact confidently with the executive team.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:   

    •  Acts as the HR point of contact for management and employees by providing answers to questions, clarifies policies and processes, implements solutions to resolve issues or conflicts.

    •  Manages the recruitment process for the company, partnering with hiring managers, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviewing, progress reporting, and orientation.

    •  Manages the on-boarding program for new hires.

    •  Administers salary and variable compensation plans, benefits and workers’ compensation, and ensures compliance with Federal & State regulations.

    •  Promotes workplace diversity through fair hiring practices.

    •  Responsible for HRIS system maintenance and updates in conjunction with HRIS vendor, including researching new system solutions as needed.

    •  Designs and implements employee and leadership training including policies, employee reference guide, performance management, benefits, and employee recognition programs.

    •  Acts as a resource for the management team by providing guidance on employee relations issues, including employee coaching and counseling, documenting employee performance, and termination procedures. 

    •  Tracks HR performance metrics – identifies areas for improvement.

    •  Develops an annual performance management program that aligns with company initiatives.  Includes leadership consultation and data management to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within the organization.

     

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    •  Bachelor's degree in related field

    •  3-5 years’ experience in various human resources roles including experience with at least three of these areas: employee relations, compensation, benefits, recruiting, performance management, or remote international employees.

    •  Must be able to build strong relationships with senior management.

    •  Must be able to objectively coach managers through difficult performance management issues.

    •  Ability to maintain confidentiality is critical.
