    TracFone is seeking an individual who will be responsible for creating training material for TracFone’s customer care representatives which includes videos, manuals, job aids, training flashes and announcements. The training materials should be clear, concise and easy to understand. The Training Documentation and Digital Media Developer will work closely with the Subject Matter Expert to ensure the materials are effective and able to assist the CCR with customer transactions. 

     

    The Training Documentation and Digital Media Developer will also make recommendations regarding the appropriateness of the delivery vehicle for specific types of content and needs for multiple types of content for a given communication effort (i.e., video versus training flash versus announcement, etc.)

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    Create videos and animated GIF for company projects and initiatives

     

    • Create videos using Adobe Creative Cloud software (consisting of recording audio, adding visual effects, editing, compositing, and producing videos) for existing processes and new releases.
    • Work closely with the Media Production team to ensure the videos produced are process and content compliant.
    • Create less time intensive content such as animated GIF where appropriate.
    • Make recommendations regarding the best delivery vehicles for specific types of content.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience (Digital Media Production/Visual Graphics, Training Developer, Trainer)
    • 2-3 years of Training and/or Training Development experience
    • 1 year Digital Media Production
    • Strong development and communication skills (both written and verbal).
    • Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions.

    The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar sales roles such as in a corporate industrial marketplace calling on ownership and/or C-level individuals.  Must have demonstrated success selling top of the line products in a competitive sales environment, delivering on targets, and have good understanding of the rotating and reciprocating equipment market place.  

     

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

     

    • Experience selling products and services priced between $25K and $250K.

    • Experience with a 6-12 month sales cycle.

    • Can not only sell & service clients but also possess the ability to hunt for new business

    • Proven ability to manage the full life cycle sales process from inception to close.

    • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals

    • Ability to penetrate and maximize accounts post close

    • Ability to work independently from a home office environment

    • Strong commitment & outlook to sales, highly motivated

    • Ability to converse with customers in both English and Spanish is highly desired

     

    EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or relevant technical degree, Business or equivalent education

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the reciprocating/rotating equipment segment is highly desired.

    • An understanding of digital transformation

    • Experience and Knowledge of Automation, Enterprise Management and IIOT for the Oil & Gas industry

    • Competitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company

    • Proficient with computers and software, Microsoft Office Suite

    • Excellent time management and communication skills

    • Ability to converse with customers in both English and Spanish is highly desired

    • Available for inter-regional travel 50-75%.
